About Us

Our shop and fabric store was established in 1946 by founder Mike Brashear. Mike worked for the Vernon Manor Hotel in Cincinnati, handling all of their upholstery needs. He then passed his legacy down to his son, Vincent Brashear, who is now the current owner. Vincent, in turn, has taught his son and third generation, Jamie Brashear, the trade.

We take pride in the knowledge that when you buy from us, you always buy quality. We re-upholster furniture you already own and sell the fabric you need.

Our all-out dedication to our craft has propelled us to be the company we are today. We are committed to providing superior customer service. Being in this business for a long time has never been an excuse to lower our standards. And we never will.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Very helpful. Had ideas about some fabric but in the end they actually fixed a broken zipper on a slipcover for our couch. They did it for free and it only took a couple minutes while I actually just waited there. I thought she was going back to look at something and then give me an estimate but then just returned with it all repaired. Definitely we'll go back for larger projects

They are busy and you have to wait but it was worth it. They have almost too many fabric choices but that is a good problem to have. I highly recommend this company for any upholstery needs and I will use them again for an accent chair.

I took my childhood wooden rocking horse in that needed a new seat and it turned out beautiful! I am so excited for my future children to get to enjoy this heirloom as much as I did. The only potential downside was that it took 3 months before it was ready, but I was in no hurry so it truly didn’t matter to me at all!
